Amber Matthews, a 23-year-old TikTokker from Montclair, New Jersey, has staked her claim for entry into the dumbest criminals of all-time Hall of Fame.
Matthews not only mistakenly tore down Greek flags hanging outside an incredibly Greek restaurant in town named Efi’s Gyro, all the while thinking they were Israeli flags. But the video she posted to social media was used by police to track her down and make an arrest.
She essentially ID’d herself. The level of special here is off the charts.
First off, RedState’s own Teri Christoph shared a remarkable video of the incident in which Matthews was seen tearing down Greek flags and decorative lights from the restaurant’s outside facade.
