Now, let’s head to a quiet Chicago neighborhood and some pretty dramatic Ring video. The woman whose voice you hear IN the audio is asking a person standing right in line with her left porch column. I never saw him until I watched this on my big ‘puter monitor – could not for the life of me figure out who she was talking to. It turns out he’s some poor fellow who was just walking his dog when all this blew up around him.
