Conservatives have an interesting relationship with HBO’s “Real Time” host Bill Maher.
On one hand, we herald the veteran comedian and brash political commentator when he slams the left or praises former President Donald Trump (which doesn’t happen often). On the other hand, we skewer Maher when he trashes Trump and conservative policies, or sings the praises of the left and Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris.
But here’s the rare thing about Maher. While no fan of Trump, he continues to call out his left-wing colleagues when they lie or misrepresent — a rare quality on the left.
