Former President Donald J. Trump is projected to win the swing state of Wisconsin, securing the state’s 10 Electoral College votes, according to a projection from Decision Desk HQ.
The race was called for Trump with 95% of the vote in as he led Vice President Kamala Harris 51.4% to 47.2%. Trump has now secured more than 270 votes in the Electoral College.
In 2020, Biden won Wisconsin by 0.8 points over former President Donald Trump, a much closer race than was anticipated after polling showed Biden up by a significant margin heading into Election Day.
