The state has been a crucial swing state this cycle, serving as home to both toss-up presidential and senate races. While it wasn’t thought to be the decisive state for either candidate, it was a prize both desperately wanted.
Both Harris and Trump spent an incredibly large amount of time in Michigan given its place in the “blue wall” lineup. Millions and millions of dollars were spent with dozens of rallies held; Grand Rapids, Michigan was the site of Donald Trump’s final pre-election rally, and he took the stage very early Tuesday morning.
