Who’s driving the bus?

Anybody who’s ever had a toddler knows this walk. It’s really sad he’s got the nuclear football under his control, but I guess that’s what Mr. 81 Million Votes deserves since he, like, you know….got 81 million votes.
So with a couple of months left before he officially gets kicked out of the White House, I think about who is driving the bus? Are “they” going to keep up the charade that Biden still has marbles? Are they going to delegate anything to Harris, who lost by a landslide, wasted a billion with a B on an election that saw a blowout by 100 electoral votes and even a popular vote loss, and get beaten in every swing state on the map?
