It sure seems like Kamala Harris’ loss in the 2024 election has been the best thing to ever happen to Joe Biden. The guy appears to be having the time of his life, personifying the idea that absolutely nothing matters as he throws caution to the wind. That includes falling asleep during a diplomatic meeting in Africa on Wednesday.
