President Joe Biden’s administration agreed in court on Friday that it would stop selling off materials that were purchased for construction of the southern border wall.
The Daily Wire broke the story earlier this month that the administration was trying to sabotage the incoming Trump administration by selling off materials at cheap prices.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the victory in a statement on Friday evening after he filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration “to uncover potential legal violations” the administration was committing by selling off the materials.
