With the new year and lots of hopeful anticipation for the incoming Trump administration, Americans are looking forward to the end of ridiculous left-wing ideologies such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Most Americans do not buy into a theory that basically says some discrimination is okay and some is not. Ahead of Donald Trump taking over at the White House, many companies and corporations have done away with their DEI practices. But then there are others who think they can make it work.
