Caitlin Clark’s Alleged Stalker Will Remain Behind Bars After Chaotic Hearing

WNBA star Caitlin Clark’s alleged stalker will remain behind bars following his chaotic hearing where he seemingly pleaded guilty following his arrest over the weekend.

In an Indianapolis courtroom on Tuesday, 55-year-old Texas Michael Lewis had several outbursts in which he first declared he was “guilty as charged” before the judge entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, NBC News reported.

He yelled “Throw me the booky!” and “I’m free! I guess you got the wrong guy!” while also claiming that his name didn’t include a “Jr.” in court records, the outlet noted.

During the hearing, the Marion County Superior Court Judge Angela Davis tried to read the charges against him saying he “terrorized, frightened, or threatened” Clark and caused a “reasonable fear of sexual battery.” 

Lewis replied, “Can I say something?” before Davis replied, “Not yet.”
