A judge reportedly dismissed Friday the charges against Dr. Eithan Haim, a surgeon indicted by the Biden-Harris administration after he blew the whistle on sex-change procedures for minors.
Haim initially came forward as an anonymous whistleblower to expose gender treatments being performed on minors at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. He was facing four felony counts of violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, also known as HIPAA, according to journalist Chris Rufo, who first reported on Haim’s story.
On Friday, Assistant U.S. Attorney John Pearson moved to dismiss the indictment with prejudice. The judge reportedly signed the order, according to The Daily Wire’s Brent Scher. Haim confirmed the news by posting the judge’s order of dismissal on X.
