All flights were halted at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday after a plane crashed in the Potomac River.
“All takeoffs and landings have been halted at DCA,” the airport said in a statement. “Emergency personnel are responding to an aircraft incident on the airfield. The terminal remains open. Will update.”
