It’s official! Chuck Todd is finally donezo at NBC!
According to Variety, the longtime NBC News correspondent and former moderator of Meet the Press is leaving the network for good: “Chuck Todd, the former Meet the Press moderator, is leaving NBC News, he told colleagues in a memo issued Friday, a move he’s making in order to pursue ventures outside the NBCUniversal empire.”
The writing was on the wall when Todd was replaced by Kristen Welker as moderator of Meet the Press back in 2023.
Todd had been moderator of the Sunday roundtable show since 2014 and in that time he put down a pretty big stamp of his own liberal bias on NBC’s political programming.
