In recent years, we’ve seen some good White House Press secretaries, and we’ve seen some bad ones. The previous administration had two in that position, and they went from bad to awful. Most administrations go through at least a couple; it’s a stressful job.
But in Karoline Leavitt, the Trump administration has picked a star.
In her latest display of “be careful what you ask for,” Leavitt responded to a reporter’s request for evidence of all the wasteful spending the DOGE was identifying and deleting, and she laid out all the receipts – with line item breakdowns.
