Democrats seem to be in complete disarray over the vote in the Senate on the stopgap spending CR that was passed in the House.
There were reports on Thursday of screaming and division in the Senate lunch discussing the issue. Then Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said he would vote for it, probably knowing he had too many defections from senators who didn’t want a shutdown. So at this point, it looks like it’s likely to go through in the Senate.
