Hollywood just gets worse by the day. There used to be some toleration, with all but the worst of the Hollywood left, of differing views. John Wayne, for example, was an outspoken conservative for his time and was still well-regarded and respected by his fellows.
That doesn’t seem to be the case any longer. Israeli actress Gal Gadot, who served in the Israel Defense Forces and who is an A-list actress today, was very vocal about her support for her homeland after the brutal and atrocious Oct 7th attacks by Hamas, and has been shocked and dismayed by the hate she has received because of that support:
