I offered my apologies in Thursday’s Evening Docket installment for being off/out of town for most of Friday and over the weekend. Apparently, the courts did not get the memo, because they were busy beavers all weekend long, and just trying to catch up on all that has transpired over the past 72 hours has been quite a challenge.
