Governor Tim Walz likes to talk tough—he’s bragged about how he could kick the you-know-what out of most Trump supporters—but unfortunately for him (and Kamala Harris), he mostly just comes across as weird. During his Wednesday state of the state speech, the Minnesota Democrat went on a fiery rant and attempted to paint Donald Trump as a destructive agent of chaos.
