Things just got real for Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan. On Tuesday, a federal grand jury handed down an indictment on two separate counts after Dugan allegedly harbored an illegal alien and then helped him escape an ICE arrest warrant.
As RedState reported, ICE showed up to apprehend Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, and out of courtesy, was waiting for whatever legal proceedings were happening in Dugan’s court to conclude. But when the judge found out immigration authorities were waiting, she misdirected them by telling them to wait in the chief justice’s office. Dugan then ushered Flores-Ruiz out a side door, allowing him to run off. Worse, the illegal immigrant was in court concerning domestic violence accusations, and his alleged victims were left hanging.
