Video has now been released of the actions allegedly taken in the case of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan.
Dugan faces two federal charges: “obstructing or impeding proceeding before a department or agency of the United States” and “concealing an individual to prevent his discovery and arrest” for her alleged actions on April 18 regarding an illegal alien, Eduardo Flores Ruiz.
The video was released by Milwaukee County in response to an open records request and allegedly shows the Judge confronting federal agents outside of her courtroom and directing them to see the chief judge. The government alleges Dugan then allowed Flores-Ruiz to go through a doorway typically allowed for jurors. It then allegedly shows Flores-Ruiz coming out into the hallway with his attorney.
