Unintended consequences are unintended. The Biden family arguably did the Democratic Party inestimable damage by keeping befuddled old Joe in office way past his best-by date; the Democratic Party did itself even more damage by 1) anointing Joe’s (or the autopen’s) chosen successor, Kamala “Queen of Word Salads” Harris as the candidate without a single primary voter being asked what he or she (sorry, Dems, those are the only options) thought. That’s a good thing for the country.
