Early Tuesday House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, who’s seeking to again become Speaker of the House in the next Congress, announced that he would have a “major announcement” regarding DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas at an afternoon press conference in El Paso, Texas.
