We’ve spoken in the past about how some folks seem to use Twitter, often at night, to make embarrassing rants. Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) is one prime example of this problem. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have anyone who cares enough about him in his family or on his staff to tell him to stop or to rein him in.
