As Jennifer Oliver O’Connell reported a few days ago, former California Assemblyman and current San Diego County Supervisor Nathan Fletcher abandoned his State Senate run and checked into rehab Sunday, seeking treatment for alcohol abuse and PTSD. As nearly every observer expected, there was more to the story, and it didn’t take long for more to be revealed.
