A serial child abuser from New York, with charges stemming back to 1986, has allegedly exposed himself to children on at least three occasions in the past month.
Paul Goodrell, 54, has been arrested and released back into the public at least eight times after flashing himself to children as young as seven years old, sometimes while touching himself, stalking kids, and more. In just this past month, Goodrell allegedly exposed himself to children on at least three occasions, and police suspect that there are more victims, based on video surveillance footage.
On December 8, Goodrell allegedly exposed himself to a seven-year-old girl inside a Canandaigua grocery store and attempted to lure the child away from her guardians.
