Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) launched a campaign against Republican presidential candidate and former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley on Friday, declaring that she “would be wrong for our country.”
Paul made the announcement after he teased out on Thursday that he was going to potentially endorse one of the remaining Republican presidential candidates.
Instead, Paul said that he liked the current frontrunner, former President Donald Trump, and the “fiscal conservatism” of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. He also said that he liked Vivek Ramaswamy’s voice, and he even liked some of things that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was saying.
The senator unveiled a new website, NeverNikki.net, where he listed multiple reasons why he believes that Republicans, conservatives, and libertarians should oppose her.
