Sunday Night Football on NBC is facing backlash after it became apparent they purposely edited out a mention of Jesus Christ by quarterback C.J. Stroud.

The mention came after the Houston Texans defeated the Cleveland Browns on Saturday, earning Stroud, who is a standout rookie, his first playoff victory in his first NFL season. When you watch the video put out by NBC, you’ll notice an incredibly awkward cut at the beginning of the quarterback’s answer.
