EAGLE PASS, TX — The Texas National Guard continues to fortify border barriers with razor wire, defying demands of the Biden administration, The Daily Wire found upon visiting the park in Eagle Pass, Texas, that has become the focal point of the feud between the state and the federal government.
The Biden administration and the Texas National Guard are locked in an ongoing dispute over Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, a sprawling park that, up until recently, was used as a major thoroughfare for illegal immigrants attempting to gain access to the United States.
The Texas National Guard took control of Shelby Park after Customs and Border Patrol agents were filmed cutting through razor wire to make it easier for illegal immigrants to enter the United States.
