Jim Jordan Subpoenas Fulton DA Fani Willis Following Whistleblower Allegations

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) subpoenaed Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis on Friday following allegations that the leftist district attorney fired a staffer who tried to warn her about misusing federal funds. The subpoena is part of the Judiciary Committee’s probe into whether Willis used federal funds in her investigation of former President Donald Trump.

Willis, who is pursuing convictions for Trump in a Georgia racketeering and election interference case, has failed to voluntarily hand over documents after the Judiciary Committee requested them multiple times last year, Jordan wrote in a letter addressed to Willis.
