Special counsel Robert Hur will not prosecute President Biden for his handling of classified documents. Hur’s report, released Thursday afternoon, states that Biden’s sloppy handling of the documents “present serious risks to national security.”
Most importantly, the report states that Joe Biden portrayed himself as an “elderly man with a poor memory” meant to make himself a sympathetic person if he went before a jury.
It was found that Biden “willfully retained” the classified documents. Remember, these are classified documents that Biden was not entitled to possess. The documents go back to his days as a senator and as vice president. Only the president has to power to declassify documents, not a senator and not even a vice president.
