It appears the second time was the charm insofar as it relates to the impeachment of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. In a close 214-213 vote Tuesday evening, the House of Representatives voted to impeach the embattled cabinet secretary, marking the first such impeachment in nearly 150 years.

- Breach of the public trust
