Don’t expect Hamas to be grateful that American taxpayers are tossing in a third of a billion dollars to feed Gaza citizens. They need people suffering to make their propaganda campaign work, just as they need control over the flow of aid to ensure that their iron grip on the region remains secure.
Perhaps that is why Hamas has already attacked the pier construction–shooting mortars at the area, which is being protected by Israeli troops.
