New York State Attorney General Letitia James sued multiple crisis pregnancy centers Monday for saying they can reverse abortion pills.
James, a Democrat, targeted 11 crisis pregnancy centers in New York, accusing them of “misleading” pregnant women about whether medication abortion may be reversed, according to the court filing.
James claimed that the centers, along with the organization Heartbeat International, engaged in “deceptive acts or practices” and “false advertising.”
“Abortions cannot be reversed.
