Joe Biden was in North Carolina as I wrote about earlier and he was trying to spin the debate.
He admitted he didn’t walk or speak as well as he used to, that he didn’t debate as well as he used to. But, he insisted, “I know what I do know.” He shouted, ” I know how to tell the truth”:
Folks, I might not walk as easily or talk as smoothly as I used to.

“I know right from wrong!” he said.
“I know how to do this job. I know how to get things done…I know, like millions of Americans know, when you get knocked down you get back up,” he screamed, even as he was squinting at the teleprompter to see what he was supposed to say.
“Yes, you can,” the clapping seals chanted. Yes, he can read a teleprompter.
