Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez’s mansion in Beverly Hills hit the market on Thursday amid rumors that the couple is experiencing marital difficulties.
The 38,000-square foot, 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom property was listed for $68 million several weeks after sources leaked that the sale was imminent. Affleck and Lopez purchased the home in 2022 for $60 million.
The listing describes the home as “[r]ecently renovated with the highest level of quality” and as a “newly rebuilt and expanded masterpiece” situated on five acres, all locked behind double gates. The home is also said to have a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, and two-bedroom guardhouse, along with a 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles.
