There’s a new narrative going around from the Left about the Republican presidential ticket–get this: They’re weird!
CNN’s Jake Tapper pointed out on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday, when talking to Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz, that the lawmaker appears to be the originator of this new tactic, when Dems had been–before the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump about two weeks ago–railing nonstop against the Republican nominee as “an existential threat to democracy” and the like. Walz explained that he continues to believe those fear-mongering statements, but was troubled by Trump talking during rallies about random things, like “shocking sharks” and the antagonist fictional character,”Hannibal Lector.”
