When NBC’s Late Night host Seth Meyers decides to not do a “Closer Look” segment where he turns his show into MSNBC, one possible routine he does instead is to bring out show writer Amber Ruffin for “Amber says ‘What?’” where she naturally says “what” in various tones and voice inflections. On Tuesday’s show, Ruffin responded to GOP vice presidential nominee JD Vance by claiming she is a proud “childless sociopath” who has “unlimited free time” and told the Vatican to “shut up” over its concerns over the Olympic opening ceremony that featured a drag queen recreation of Leonardo da Vinci’s “The Last Supper.”
