Tammy Baldwin Pushed For Online Censorship. Now, Big Tech Employees Are Backing Her Campaign.

Big tech employees overwhelmingly support Wisconsin Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D.), contributing tens of thousands of dollars to her campaign while giving no money to Republican challenger Eric Hovde, according to a review of Federal Election Commission data.

Employees and high level executives at the Big Five — Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, and Microsoft — are stepping in to help Baldwin amid her contentious campaign for a third term in the Senate. The notoriously left-learning tech industry has come under increasing scrutiny in recent weeks as Google and Meta face accusations of censoring information about the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump. 

Baldwin has received nearly $70,000 dollars from employees of the Big Five, with over half coming from employees at Google, according to a Daily Wire review of Federal Election Commission data. Hovde, a Wisconsin…
