Trump’s remarks come after Kennedy reportedly said he reached out to Democrat presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris’ “highest intermediaries,” who said her team had “no interest in talking.” Kennedy wanted to talk about dropping out of the race and endorsing her campaign in exchange for her giving him a cabinet position.
