US Marshals Called Out to Find Nathan Wade After They Can’t Find Him to Serve Subpoena – RedState

The House Judiciary Committee has been investigating Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis for more than a year and is looking to compel the testimony of her former paramour, Nathan Wade, who was also the former prosecutor in the Georgia election case against former President Donald Trump. 

But there was a small problem: They weren’t able to find him to be able to serve him. 

They wanted to have him testify on Thursday. 

But the panel has for days been unable to serve the summons to the Marietta attorney, and spokesman Russell Dye indicated the committee has tapped the U.S. Marshals to locate him.

“The Judiciary Committee has served over 100 subpoenas this Congress. We have done so, for the most part, without controversy or the need to use the U.S. Marshals,” Dye said. “Nathan Wade’s evasion of service is extremely unusual and will require the Committee to spend U.S. tax dollars…
