Podcast host and Blaze Media founder Glenn Beck and Propaganda Wars author Justin Haskins called out the United Nations over the newly adopted Global Digital Compact (GDC), a Soviet Union-style agreement to restrict online free speech.
Beck and Haskin discussed on Thursday the UN’s Summit of the Future agenda and expansion of the organization’s ability to restrict free speech globally through the GDC. “They want to create all kinds of different collaborations with the media, with big tech companies to control the internet for misinformation, disinformation, hate speech, etcetera,” Haskins warned, affirming that the compact reads like something taken out of the Soviet Union.
