The Biden-Harris administration’s “strategy of appeasement has failed,” House GOP leaders declared on Tuesday after Iran launched yet another attack on Israel as tensions continue to escalate across the region in the Middle East.
House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) was joined by House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA), House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-MN), and House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) in releasing a statement.
“Iran is again brazenly attacking Israel with a barrage of rocket fire and an apparent coordinated terrorist attack,” the GOP lawmakers said. “The world is watching as Israeli families seek safety and shelter as waves of missile attacks light up the sky.
