With all of the attention currently being paid to Venezuelan prison gangs running loose in the United States, Central American drug smugglers. human traffickers, and Chinese fentanyl importers, it can be easy to lose sight of those other terrorist groups. But they’re still out there trying to keep their businesses in operation. We’re talking about our old friends in ISIS, of course. The group was largely broken up when Donald Trump was in office, but there are still some remnants of the old gang out there looking to recruit new members. They seemed to find a prospective candidate this week in the person of Michael Teekaye of Maryland who decided to run off and join the ISIS circus. Unfortunately, he wasn’t terribly clever about his plan and he failed to make it further than the airport. (CBS News Baltimore)
