Joe Biden’s incoherence and weirdness just seem to keep getting worse and worse.
On Thursday, as we reported, he insulted the voters of Iowa and even appeared to mock the “March for Life.” Not only that, he was again looking for someone in the audience whom he said he’d just taken a picture with at the event.

Then suddenly, he realized that wasn’t true because the person wasn’t there and hadn’t been there; he just completely made it up in his mind.
