The former New York bartender has been a visible presence in Congress for what seems like a decade, but the reality is that she’s entering only her third term. She’s like the party drunk who seems entertaining for the first few minutes, but then you get tired of listening to her stupidity. Her constituents have sent her back to the party again. Why?
