It’s been a long time since we’ve spoken about Anthony Weiner.
But he’s coming up on the radar again because he’s running for the New York City Council. He trended on X because of people commenting on his appearance on “The View” where he argued that people should give him a chance, despite his past. That took some gall. He’s owning his past, he said. He’s “taking responsibility.” Oh, and he even did a “but Trump” move.
“I got into recovery. I tried to make my life better. And now if I can be of service and I’m a damn good politician.”
