An illegal alien accused of violently raping a young girl in New York City last week was ordered to be deported from the U.S. two years ago, but the Biden administration failed to remove him.
New York City police arrested 25-year-old illegal immigrant Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, from Ecuador, after residents beat him up and held him down until law enforcement arrived.
The New York Post reported that a federal immigration judge in the city ordered him to be deported in February 2022, according to sources at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The report said that Inga-Landi illegally crossed into the U.S. at Eagle Pass, Texas, in June 2021 as part of the unprecedented wave of illegal aliens pouring into the country under President Joe Biden.
