Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s 53rd Annual Legislative Conference Phoenix Awards Dinner on Saturday night.
He was cooked, and she was fake, so it was quite the tag team, and I bet he never thought before now that he was going to be the warm-up act for her.
‘I’ve served as vice president of the first black president and former CBC member. I’m president alongside the first black president, a former CBC member,’ Biden said, dropping the ‘vice,’ a mistake he has made before.
But it got worse.
‘And God willing she’ll become the first woman of the United – president of the United States of America,’ he said, in yet another verbal rounding error.
Well, at least that was better than when he called himself the first black woman to serve alongside a black president.
He also got a lifetime achievement award, which I find difficult to wrap…
