President Joe Biden released a statement calling for gun bans and condemning Republicans and gun manufacturers after at least four people were killed when a gunman opened fire at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, on Wednesday morning.
CNN reported that at least four people were killed and 30 people were injured after the shooter opened fire. The suspect, who is in police custody, is believed to be a 14-year-old male, a law enforcement source told CNN. Biden released a statement Wednesday afternoon, saying he is “mourning the deaths of those whose lives were cut short due to more senseless gun violence.”
