President Joe Biden erupted in anger during a press conference that he called at the last minute on Thursday night to address the special counsel’s report on the criminal investigation into Biden’s handling of classified material.
In the report, which said that prosecutors would not file criminal charges, Special Counsel Robert Hur noted that Biden had serious memory issues during his interview with investigators.
In an apparent attempt to push back on the serious questions that were raised about his fitness for office, Biden announced a press conference with only several minutes’ warning.
